~Review of Sleek Cosmetics~

I have accumulated a few Sleek Cosmetics over the last year or so.
So i decided to do a review on the brand, because i have fallen in love!

First 2 products are the Sleek palettes!

I have the Original and Storm.

The Storm, featured left, is actually my favourite. As i am a lover of a natural eye look, this is perfect for me, as it hold more neutral tones! Also i use the two matte browns for my eyebrows.

The next one is the Original, this one is a fair bit brighter, holding bright blues and pinks, and a purple! All fun colours for more vibrant looks. Both Palettes hold a matte black! And both are INCREDIBLY pigmented! I mean completely comparable to MAC, even better in my opinion, as a Sleek palette only costs around £5 for 12 eye-shadows!!

Next is the Sleek Pout Polish In Powder Pink- 942.
This is AMAZING, this is completely comparable to higher end lip conditioners, It's so pigmented and soft, and soothes and softens lips instantly after one application. And it's only like 3/4 pounds! I love this,
and have had it a few months, and use it very often! Also, a slight downside is simply that they only have a few shades, this being one of them, they do come out with new ones occasionally but they are usually limited edition, so go snap them new ones up!

Next is the Blush in Pixie Pink- 936.
This is sooo pigmented it actually scares me LOL, i wore this everyday for about 3 months, and still grab for it occasionally, it costs around 4/5 pounds..but I'm not sure? This blush is stunning and very very high quality, it looks very pretty against my paler skin, and when I'm tanner! A must have in my opinion.

Now this is one product i disliked from what I've gathered. The Sleek, Magnitude Lengthen and Volumise Mascara. The white mascara end just didn't work for me, it dried and then I'd TRY and apply the volumise end, but it would just clump and go sticky and weird. I tried without the white base, and it still clumped and gave me a nasty sticky mess. Also it got EVERYWHERE on my face, and was a real disaster, I'm not sure how much they sell for, as i bought this last summer, but it surely wasn't a must have, it's a must- avoid for me.

And that's it for my sleek review, some real gems in there
along with one not so great product, but i still LOVE this brand BIG TIME.
I love how, everytime i walk past their counter in superdrug they always
have a brand new palette out or a new  tinted lip conditoner colour! And they do
everything you could want, this is just a tiny look into what they sell!

So there will be more reviews on brands coming soon!

~A little Something~

I love cute little things that decorate my room!
And i was browsing..well more like running, through WHSmith last saturday looking for a mothers day card,
when i spotted this cute little pen pot for only £1.99!
I snatched it up, because i just knew it would look fabulous on my desk!
Ahh so cute!

I knew i had to buy it because it would look so cool on my new(ish) desk!
And i wasn't wrong, its a lovely cheap addition to my desk space :)

~ L'oreal Paris, Perfect Clean Foaming Gel wash Review~

~L'oreal Paris, Perfect Clean Foaming Gel wash ~

£5.10
The bottle claims it's a: "Foaming Gel wash-with salicylic acid-, Purifying for blemish prone skin."
And that's all the entire bottle says..
So instantly it's a very wishy washy explanation of what this will do for you.
I picked this up from superdrug with high hopes, i'd seen good reviews on it, because of the scrublet it was supposed to give a deep clean.
I used it a few times before realising that i hated it.
The scrublet just didn't exfoliate or scrub my skin good enough, because of my very oily skin i need deep exfoliation to prevent severe breakouts, and due to this not so great scrublet i broke out very badly.
The salicylic acid, is great for oily skin, so i thought i'd be onto a winner, but this clear gel, with a funny smell, just didnt clean my skin good enough to make it into my skin care routine.
I was deeply disappointed with the combination of a scrublet and the gel.
I like the Idea behind it, but the execution wasn't so hot.

Nice packaging for sure!
Scrublet.
It may work for much less oily skin!
But for me it didn't work so good :)
