~March Favs!~

Woo! It's already the end of March which means we are one month nearer to summerrrrr!

But yes, back to business: March favs!
Product One: Topshop Cream Blush in; Flush!
This has been a great love of mine for last few weeks, it just looks so good against my pale complexion, it lasts all day, and it soo easy to use! Defo full marks from me, and you can easily buy this in Topshop for £6:)

Product 2: Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer, From Collection 2000
Oh yes, i have broken out BIG TIME this month, and this little concealer has done me well. It seriously covers all my blemishes and stays put all day, it has really helped me this month, so has to be in my favs. Also very cheap, only £5 (ish) from superdrug..boots? :)

Product 3: Desert Lipstick from Topshop!
Okay so i have another topshop item, but hayho, I LOVE their makeup range:)
This lipstick is an odd orange-y shade, and is a strange nude alone, but paired with my next fav..it works so well, I have been grabbing this near enough everyday all month, so has to be in my favs! :)

Product 4: Maybelline, Ambre Rose (112) Lipstick!
This badboy is such a pretty pinky gold shade, it works perfectly with my skin tone, alone or paired with my previous fav, it just seems so creamy and pigmented. I love it and have been wearing it every single day! It does seem to be melting a bit at the back...but not too badly, and i adore the square packaging! I'm not sure how much these are as i got mine a while ago, but it was from superdrug!
Product 5: Blusher from Primark. (no name)
This coral blush from primark was like £1 and is soooooooo pigmented and beautiful, it sits on my skin amazingly and doesnt rub off throughout the day. I'm in love with these, i have another in a really pale pink, but this coral has been used the most this month, as i seem to always gravitate towards this and my fav topshop cream blush! And when i wear this, i seem to always get compliments from my boyfriend ;)

Swatches of all the productss..>

  And that's my March Favs!
Hugs! Danielle xox

Veet, In-shower hair removal cream: Review!

Another review!
Looks so nice in the packaging LOL.

I bought the veet in shower hair removal cream, because i believe that shaving is VERY time consuming for me, because i'm a perfectionist. So i bought this so i could simply rub it on, have my shower and simply rub it off with the little scrubby thing, and voilĂ  i'm done!
But...
Of course it didnt work that well for me :(
I have tried this product quite a few times to get a real feel for it and also see if i was maybe using it wrong?
I rubbed it on, had a 3/5 min quicky shower, and then used the scrubby to rub it all off.
Then i moisturised, got ready for bed and continued with my evening, but i noticed the next day that there was hairs randomly left over my legs... bit annoying! It hadn't taken all the hairs off, and there were lots of patches of them still hanging out on my legs!
I was so annoyed, and had to go and re-shave my legs anyway..and this occured every time i used this product.
So in my opinion it did work kinda, but not well enough for me to actually use all the time, to be honest i dont think i'll ever use it again! Oh wells.

A very handy idea, but it doesn't ( in my opinion) live up to the hype.

Have you tried this yet?

Review of the Garnier skin naturals range :)

About 2 weeks i picked up 3 new things to change up my skin care routine, as my neutrogena stuff had finished.
I decided on the Garnier skin naturals range, as i had never tried their skin care before!
I got: 2 in 1 make-up remover
Comforting cleansing milk
&
the soothing toner!
Comforting Cleansing milk!

Soothing Toner!

2 in 1 Makeup Remover!

BASICALLY..
I was only impressed with one of the 3 :(
The toner seemed the only good product that actually helped my skin in any way.
The cleansing milk really didnt seem to 'cleanse' my skin, it did remove makeup, after alot of product and a tonne of cotton balls. And the 2 in 1 Makeup remover seemed to simply fill my pours with oil and leave it feeling more dirty than before!
But the toner really did soothe my skin, and leave it feeling supple and soft, and really..well toned, and tighter than normal. It wasn't too strong that i was like WOAH, but it really helped minimize my freaking-large pours.  So only truly impressed with one product :(
But each thing only cost less than 3/4 pounds so it wasn't a huge loss, but i was hoping for better from this range..But hey ho.

I did pick up 2 new neutrogena products today, which i will review ASAP.

What's your favourite drugstore skin care?

Just wow, Lisa Eldridge.
She is amazing, she is a professional makeup artist, so knows her stuff well.
Her channel teaches me so much its untrue!
And of course she is gorgeous, and very british which i love ;)
She probs makes the best tutorials going, because they are so imformative and clearly made, that you feel like you can do it, even if your not that great!
So she just had to be in my top gurus, because she's amazing and a very talented women who i love. :)

3. http://www.youtube.com/user/lollipop26
Lollipop26- Laura:)

5. Okay this is when it gets hard, because i only wanted to do a top 5, but im sitting here debating between like 10 people! So im going to make number 5 a shortlist of 5 other favs..cheeky i know, but i love so many! :)

Hugs & Kisses, Danielle <3
Favourites!
I kinda just missed out on the Feb favourites time, soo i guess this will be just a favourites of right now post :)

Thing 1: Sleek blusher in Pixie Pink!

I just love the way it gives me this warm flushed look, which surprisingly compliments my pale skin so well, so yes defo 5/5 for this product!

Thing 2:  Mac eyeshadow in Sable!

I just adore how it defines my eye, but keeps it warm and cosy at the same time. I've been wearing it alone, and also put with All that glitters, both seem to really work well. So defo a 4/5 with this product!

Thing 3: Gosh, Velvet touch eyeliner, in Black Ink!

I have totally gone off wearing my signiture look of liquid eyeliner and mascara, and have recently been wearing a more relaxed smudgy eyeline look. It seems to soften my face alot, and i find that my eyes stand out alot more since wearing this, so this is a perfect new love for me, 5/5!

Thing 4: Palmers Lip butter!

Oh my gosh! This stuff literally saves my lips time and time again. In the cold winter months, my lips get destroyed by the cold and winds. I end up with disgusting chapped, pealing lips that are horrible! But since redicovering this in my makeup collection i have been saved. I apply it 24/7 and it smoothes my lips, and gives them a plump soft texture. It's cheap aswell, meaning if i run out, i can easily pick some more up. I love this stuff, so for me its a 6/5 ;)

I think i should stop there otherwise this could end up a very long post! But yes those were the few things i am adoring at the moment, im going to try to do these more often so you can really see what ive been into lately :)

I may also do another blog post, of my favourite of a non-beauty kind! Which could be alot of fun :)
